Hubertus Rebentisch is a seasoned strategy consultant and executive who has spent over a decade driving growth, transformation and operational excellence in the global cannabinoid industry. Through his firm, Rebentisch Consulting, he advises family offices, investors, and their portfolio companies across the medical and recreational cannabis sectors. He provides strategic support and, when necessary, steps in as interim management to help build, reorganise, or scale start-ups and other investments. He is also actively involved in M&A processes on both the buy and sell sides, helping clients to identify opportunities, assess strategic fit, and manage transactions from due diligence to integration. He has co-founded and scaled multiple start-ups across Europe and has a proven track record in establishing GMP-compliant cultivation sites, extraction facilities, and cannabinoid API production sites.
