Mike Lickver is President of Auxly Cannabis Group Inc., a Canadian cannabis consumer packaged goods company focused on building trusted brands, scaled cultivation, efficient manufacturing, and disciplined growth in a highly regulated market. With over 13 years of diversified regulated cannabis industry experience, Mike helps lead the company’s commercial, operational, and strategic priorities, with a focus on execution, profitability, brand leadership, and long-term value creation. Before joining Auxly, Mike was a senior corporate and commercial lawyer where he advised clients on a variety of complex domestic and international transactions and helped build the firm’s cannabis practice during the early development of Canada’s regulated cannabis industry. Mike earned Law (J.D.) and MBA degrees from the University of Western University and the Richard Ivey School of Business.
