Stephanie Pow is the Founder of Emerald Lane Recruitment, a global, people-first recruitment and human capital advisory firm dedicated exclusively to the cannabis industry. Since 2016, she has been immersed in the sector, and by 2019 became an early mover in global talent acquisition, recruiting for cannabis companies across Canada’s federally legalized market and across the early markets in Europe. Since launching Emerald Lane Recruitment in 2023, she has helped scale teams across five continents and 11 countries, supporting legal markets at every stage of development. Her career background spans recruitment, public health, and global business, with experience at Health Canada, multinational financal firms, real-estate tech startups, and cancer research organizations.
