The second edition of the CB Expo – Cannabis Business Expo and Conference will take place in Zurich from 10-11 September 2022. Leading companies from Switzerland, the resto of Europe and overseas will be presenting all manner of products relating to CBD, medical cannabis, growing, paraphernalia and services in the modern Stage-One exhibition hall. In the Network Area, exhibitors and business visitors will be able to exchange ideas in a casual setting whereas in the Conference Area, high-caliber speakers will present the latest findings from the worlds of research, politics, product development and trade.

The world of events has become uncertain since the outbreak of the Covid pandemic in spring 2020. The following rules apply to the CB Expo in relation to the Covid situation and other epidemics/pandemics:
Safety first!
The CB Company is taking the Covid situation very seriously and planning the CB Expo 2022 in close collaboration with the relevant responsible authorities. There will be extra wide walkways between the stands, a limited number of people inside, sanitizer dispensers at all the key points and mandatory mask wearing and testing, depending on the situation.
Implementation
The CB Expo will go ahead if events for min. 500 people per day are permitted. The CB Expo is being planned to accommodate mind. 1000 people per day.
Decision
The final decision as to whether the trade fair can go ahead will be made on 1 August 2022. We advise our customers not to go beyond the preparation stage where orders with cost implications are concerned and to only proceed if the trade fair can definitely take place For this reason, all stands will be constructed by the CB Expo and therefore exhibitors avoid any significant planning costs for their own trade fair stands.
Cancellation
When booking a stand or sponsorship package, 10% of the invoice total will be retained as a reservation fee and risk contribution. Should the event be cancelled, bookings without any additional costs can be transferred across to the date of the postponed event (September 2023) or else the booking can be cancelled. If a cancellation is requested, 90% of the invoice total will be refunded immediately and 10% will be retained by the CB Company to cover expenses.
Visitors have the same option as exhibitors and sponsors but will be refunded 100% of their fee in the event of a cancellation.
Quarantine / Travel Bans
If travel is not possible due to quarantine regulations or travel bans, we request that customers contact us as soon as possible to find a solution.
Illness
In the event of illness, exhibitors, sponsors and visitors have the option to transfer their tickets to others from their company. A refund cannot be guaranteed in this case.
